Day Camp @ JCC Registration Policies 2025
At Day Camp @ the JCC, we want every camper to have a consistent and fulfilling experience with their friends and our program, which is why we require a minimum of 3 weeks in succession. We also understand that families need flexibility, and now offer the ability to add on weeks to any consecutive session. Please note that we cannot accommodate shorter sessions.
Deposits and Refunds
We understand that plans can change, which is why we have flexible deposit and refund policies. The deposit is due at the time of registration and is fully refundable until March 1st. Balance payments are due by May 15. If you need to unenroll your camper, all requests made before March 1, 2025, will be eligible for a full tuition refund. After March 1, your $1000 deposit remains non-refundable but will be applied to any remaining tuition balance. Refunds will be processed based on the tuition payments you have already made.
Payment Plans
Yes! It’s easy to set up a payment plan! Simply enter and save your payment information in your CampDoc account center and set up your plan. Payment in full is required by the start of your camp session.
Financial Aid
It is important to us that our camps are financially accessible for all and want all families to have the opportunity to enjoy our summer home. If you would like to learn more about financial assistance, please email Talia Feldman at tfeldman@mmjccm.org. Financial Aid applications are reviewed monthly.
